Present Hope Counseling, LLC was formed out by Katherine Arnold's passion to provide effective, professional counseling that is research-based and biblically sound. Therapy is unique for each client and may involve more than one type of therapy model depending on the client’s goals and needs.  Katherine named this business "Present Hope Counseling" because hope exists in the present. Some therapeutic models practiced are: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Sand-tray/Sand-play, Trauma, Play therapy, and PREPARE-ENRICH. Present Hope Counseling, LLC complies with the best practices adopted by the Louisiana LPC Board of Examiners.
